Warranty procedures


Before return product to us, please download requestet form, fill out and along with your product sent your product to the adress below. Please enclosed copy of warranty card or proof of purchase. To return an item, please pack the item securely, enclosing the completed form.

Shipmens without a completed service form will not be repaired until they are delivered to us the missing documents. Products without proof of purchase or warranty card will be repair at the expense of the customer.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Repaired equipment we will sent it back to address given in the notification service. We make effort to repair as quick as possible and return fixed equipment.
